Ignoring users in the Ideas section

It looks like clicking on "Ignore" on a user profile does not hide his postings in the Ideas section of the forum. Could this be fixed perhaps, as it would be very useful in case of annoying spammers etc.?

Discover weekly hasnt updated for two weeks

WP 8.1 Spotify app wont open

Now for two days it has done the same thing, press the app icon, it starts loading, and the closes. Getting very frustrated, do not want to unistall and reinstall as all the music would have to be resynced to the phone.

I cant see who I follow.
