Sound through dac/amp in mono

Help, I'm running Spotify from my desktop into an MStage Matrix and then into headphones. The sound is coming in Mono... any suggestions?

Why does Spotify only have certain albums of some bands and not all?

I have noticed that Spotify only has select albums of certain bands and not all! i.e. Dog Fashion Disco && Polkadot Cadaver. There is only one album from each band. And not even the best ones

Having to resync all offline tracks on new HTC One M8 for Windows(8.1)

I switched from an iPhone to the HTC One M8 for Windows and Spotify keeps losing all its offline files... I am on my 3rd resync... I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now... Rebooted several times... Any help or thoughts? -Jeremiah
