connection timed out

hi ive got a logictech duet music system. it was all working fine then i changed my router and its all gone wrong. everything is connected and shows my playlists but instead of playing songs it just says connection timed out. i have all the third party apps running a triodes open. from the logitech server it just says that it cant stream from spotify! frustrated is an understatement, please help
