Not simultaneously. When I try to login upstairs it says that account already exists. I know that! Just want to listen either/or, never both.

Could you give us more info on what you'd like to do? We'll be happy to help. 

Also, could you send us a photo of the error message you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Lastly, sending us the make/model, version of the firmware and Spotify version of your TVs would come in handy.
