I just noticed on my credit card statement that I have been getting charged $9.99 a month for Spotify but I am currently "spotify free". I did a trial last May of 2015 and cancelled in time before my trial was over so that I would not get billed. When I looked at my account once canceled it clearly stated that I was now "Spotify free", and it still does state that. I have not used it in over a year and I would greatly appreciate being refunded. I am extremely frustrated that I cannot even speak to a representative over the phone on this issue. Please respond as soon as possible as I would like this to be resolved. Thank you.
