i cant sync local files to my phone

I cant download local files on my phone, i have tried everything you suggests but it wont work. it worked on my other phone but when i got a new one it wont sync regular songs on spotify can be downloaded just fine but only some local files are downloaded but the rest of them wont start or anything. i have spotify premium

Hi, thanks for asking in the community!

• Make sure to read this FAQ about local songs which will clear some doubts on why not all local songs work.
• Once you are done with the FAQ, try turning them off and removing all local songs from the App.
• Restart the App and then import local files again, check if it is working now.

If it's still not working then try a clean install of the Spotify App, more about that here. Spotify now supports local files directly in the Mobile App so you do not need to sync it from the Desktop App anymore (Android Only for now).
