my songs are stopping and pausing for a few seconds and not playing through

When I play a song it does not play through but pauses for a few seconds then carries on playing. Even if I play it directly from your online platform it is not working properly.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you make sure the internet connection is stable on your end? Does the same issue occur with a different account on a different device connected to a different network, e.g. a hot spot from your phone?
