receiving code to redeem Spotify premium account through spark plan

I have been using Spotify Premium through a Spark (telecom) plan and recently topped up my phone after about a week. my Spotify account is no longer premium anymore and I need a passcode to redeem my Spotify premium account. hope this makes sense

Hey breejones055,

Do not know if you are still having this problem if you are you can try and re activate your free Spotify premium by going to this website, after this if you are still having trouble i would recommend giving them a call on 0800 800 123 or they are helpful if you DM them on Facebook.
