right now the music volume is heard a little low

when i opened spotify play the music i was listening, for some reason, it heard a little low and not so loud as before.

Thanks for posting on the Community and welcome. 

Not to worry. Could you tell us if this happens when listening on Bluetooth earbuds, speakers, or directly from the device itself (e.g. phone)?

Changing tunes, open Spotify and go to Settings > Volume level, and check if this changes when selecting another option (e.g. High). Also you can activate/deactivate the option "Normalize Volume" and check if it makes any difference.
