someone's trying to connect with my device with her account

someone's trying to connect with my device with her account

when I'm listening to my own playlist, suddenly the song's gonna stop and whenever it happens I check the app or the website, it says 'blah's iPhone/iPad is connecting' and it's really annoying. I delete the unknown device every time and every other time, the same device is trying to interrupt me.
I'm writing this at a public library with a Mac right now, but the same thing happened to me last night with an iPhone at my own house, using my very own wifi connection.
I'd be really glad if there's any way, that I could just disable connecting between devices as I'm never willing to use it.
Thanks.

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

This might be caused by signing in on a device and forgetting about it. Someone else might have your password hence they are using their own devices with your account. In any case, there are a few steps that you can take to safeguard your account. Please check out this article on Spotify's Support website.

Make sure you follow the steps and let me know if you need anything else.
