Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Sometimes multiple logins reach the limit of devices and produce this error. It is easy to resolve. Just head over to Spotify.com and log in. Then go to the Account section, scroll down, and click on Sign Out Everywhere. This will remove your login from all devices.

The direct link to the account section after logging in is here, in case you are re-directed to the web player.

You will need to download content offline again on all devices. If this does not work, feel free to reach out the Spotify Live Chat Support here. Let them know your email address and they will take it forward.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
