where are the "offline devices" (dispositivos offline)?

I lost my old phone, so I couldn't take out the downloads, and I can't download the music in my new device, I searched for helped and I found out that I have to go to "dispositivos offline", but I can't find it.

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have the error saying that you've reached the limit of 5 offline devices, thus preventing you from downloading now? If so, you can use the steps at the end of this article to remove all downloads, that should resolve the issue. If it persist, reach out to our support team and request that the offline devices be reset, our colleagues will do so from their end and you will be able to download again.
