Hi,
Almost every week, Spotify delete all my offline tracks. This morning I'm going yo a Journey, without my tracks !! This is totally unacceptable and how the hell an app can "decide" to delete data without asking user ? This is obvious that it shouldn't.

Moreover I have an issue at work. I'm connected to the wifi, I can download tracks to my offline datas but I can't read online tracks as it saying that I'm offline (which is not the case). I just can't. I know it's not related to a kind of firewall issue. All my colleagues have iOs or Android phone, they can play as well.

Just for information : I'm running windows mobile 10 beta so it may help for the first issue.
However when I was on windows phone 8.1 I already had the second issue which means that uninstalling, rebooting or whatever can't solve that issue simply. There is a BUG in the application.
