So we can better assist you, let us know the exact model of your speaker and the device you're using Spotify on.

Additionally, let us know how you usually play from Spotify to your speaker. Do you usually do it via Spotify Connect? Or is your mobile device connected to the speaker via Bluetooth?

In the meantime, try restarting both your device and speaker and check if that makes a difference.
