Cannot access podcast after former employee left

Hey there, I started working for Orkes.io recently and discovered that a few years ago one of their contractors started this podcast: https://creators.spotify.com/pod/show/cherish28

From the RSS feed I have the email address used for that account, unfortunately the email account was deleted (on our side) roughly 1.5 years ago. We've tried setting up a mapping of that email to another mailbox internally, but when I initiate the "forgot password" step, we never receive the email. 

How can I get access to this account so we can start publishing episodes?
