Podcasts added to queue even though I unfollowed

Spotify's queue doesn't even respect when I follow or unfollow something.

Podcast episodes keep reappearing in the queue and shuffling into my music playlists

Why you keep adding podcasts to my queue when I have 1) removed them and 2) don't follow ANY podcasts within Spotify? 

What can i do to avoid it?

I have a similar question.

Listed to Rogan yesterday but did not want a million Rogan episodes added to the play queue.

"Clear Queue" only clears music.  Adding music to the queue bumps the podcast down to the end of the album, but - again - I don't want a hundred Rogan podcasts added to the play queue, NOR HAVE TO WADE THROUGH THEM FOR MANUAL DELETION.

I'm ready to stop my Spotify subscription over this issue!  When I stop following a podcast,  I  do not want to have Spotify automatically start it every single day!

Any suggestions for a different company similar to Spotify?
