Öğrenci indirimi ödeme sorunu

29 Martta öğrenci indirimine abone olmak istedim kart bilgilerini girdikten sonra belge istendi daha sonra onaylanacağını ve maille dönüş yapılacağı söylendi. Kartımdan ücret çekildi fakat onay maili geldikten sonra tekrar bilgi isteniyor. Premium hesabımın açılmasını istiyorum.

The payment should show as pending while your student status gets verified. We suggest you wait a few days to see if you get verified. If so, the payment should go through.
