Öğrenci indirimi ödeme sorunu

Dün akşam spotify dan öğrenci hesabı satın aldım sheer id sayfasına geldiğimde ekran kapandı daha sonra öğrenciliğimi kanıtlayacak dosyayı gönderdim bugün onaylandığına dair mail geldi fakat maildeki link bozuk çıktı daha sonra tekrar ödeme sayfasına döndüm tekrar kart bilgilerimi girdim tekrar sheer id ye gönderdi fakat bu sefer bu tekliften yararlandınız yazısı çıktı. Şuan banka hesabımdan 2 kere ödeme çekildiği görünüyor ayrıca hesabım da aktif halde değil.

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
