2 payment is charged but i can't remember the second account

2 payment is charged but i can't remember the second account

i found that i have been charged 2 payments in 2 different date.

but i can't remember the second account i used.

what should i do?

I suggest to check all of your email accounts to see if you have a Spotify email in there.

 

If you can't find out what the other account is,

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
