ACCOUNT WONT LET ME DELETE OR ADD NEW MEMBERS

ACCOUNT WONT LET ME DELETE OR ADD NEW MEMBERS

I HAVE NO WAY TO ADD OR DELETE MEMBERS - MY DAUGHTER GOT KNOCKED OFF AND HAS TO CREATE NEW ACCOUNT AS HER OLD EMAIL IS NO LONGER. I NEED TO SEND HER AN INVITE AND I HAVE NO FUNCTION ON "MANAGE PLAN" ON MY ACCOUNT. HOW CAN I SEND HER AN INVITE AS WE ARE PAYING FOR FAMILY AND ONLY USING 6 PEOPLE?

Hey @KAREYJW ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

 

I recommend making sure that you're actually logged into the right account on your account page. If the email address is the correct one, you've most likely started the Premium Family plan on another account.

 

Once you're logged into the right account, you'll be able to invite and remove members 🙂
