Access to premium after upgrade to family plan

Access to premium after upgrade to family plan

I just upgraded to family plan and everyone I added has premium access but me.  My account says premium but when I try to skip to next song, I keep getting a notifciation to try the free trial for premium.  Any advice on how to fix this? I tried to log out and log back in but no luck.

Me too I accidentally upgraded to family plan when I was trying to renew my premium I don't want a refund I should of checked what I got but now I can't skip my songs and my premium isn't working correctly It's sad that my service sucks when I pay an extra 7 bucks or whatever Ive tried everything and there is no number to call to speak to someone and it really doesn't look like they respond to any of these posts.
