Add Family Member Issue

Hi, i have an issue adding my family member in the spotify. It keep giving me an ops error

My family decided to get premium and one member sent me a link and i clicked on "Accept Invitation" but it logs me in as the code I was given and not as my Facebook login. i've continuously tried but it keeps logging me in as a new account as the code I'm given every time my family member sends a new invite. it's quite frustrating actually.
