Adding family to family account

Adding family to family account

I had a family account and changed to standalone premium. Then my daughter wanted access again so I've changed it back to family again. Since doing so my daughter can't sign up again as it's saying her email address is already linked to an account (mine) but also won't allow her to change her password. Any ideas?

Which email address are you seeing on this page (make sure you're logged into your own account while visiting the page)? Is it yours or your daughters that you're seeing there?
