Blank page instead of starting Premium for Family

I got the invite from my husband and when I click the link it's a dead-end page that is a white field. See attached.

 

I've tried to use the "Redeem" window with the code that came with my husband's invitation but that didn't work either. 

 

Today is 11/15, almost 12 noon PST. Let's see how long this takes to resolve.

Hey @Joyce13,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser, use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Having the same problem inviting my wife to join the Premium Family I subscribed to yesterday. Same result as the screenshots show.

 

Was there ever a solution to this? It has been 4 weeks since originally posted.
