Cambio de plan familiar a plan de estudiante

No se me da la opción de cambiar mi cuenta familiar a cuenta de estudiante. SOlo se me da la opción de cambiarme a premium.

Me dice que no soy elegible para ese producto, cuando trato de buscar Spotify para estudiantes en algún motor de busqueda.

You'll need to revert to a Free account before you're able to resubscribe to the discount. Just cancel your subscription here and wait for your account to revert to Free. 

Once it does, you'll be able to resubscribe to the student discount here.
