Can't Accept Family Premium Invite

I'm doing this for my sister, I'm the main user.. She used to be in my family plan along with others and suddenly they all got kicked out, they were supposed to accep and invite and change address. I could do it for 3 of the users, but not for my sisters.

She gets the invite, she's given the code, I click on accept invite and when I add information, I got 2 different messages and I am redirected to add address information again.

• That addres was incorrect
• Somehing went wrong

Nowhere am I asked to provide the code, and I can't recall the exact address I have on my spotify account.

WI have the same issue, and I've seen there's a lot other the same. It's urgent the Spotify team answer please!
