Can't add my family

Can't add my family

Whenever I send invites to my family for premium, they can't seem to reconfirm the address. When in fact its the correct address. What should I do?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address to join. This means that if the address of the members doesn't match the one used by the owner, they'll be removed from the plan.

 

If this isn't the case and all your family members share the same physical address, we suggest contacting our Support team via Facebook or Twitter.
