Can't join spotify family

No matter which adress I put, spotify tell me that I need to have the same as the plan owner but the plan owner never set an adress on spotify. So how can I join spotify family?

Thanks for getting in touch!

When you sign up for Premium Family, you'll need to set an address. So if the owner forgot which address he used, he'll need to close his account and sign up for a new account.

No worries, the admin can visit the old account by putting the following in the search field:   spotify:user:username

username needs to be replaced with the old username and playlists need to be public so they can be opened.
