Can't log in, can't restore

I have a problem. I recently upgraded to family sharing with account A. Family member, B, accepted the invite, and made an account - account B. However, that account somwhow didn't get an username and is just random numbers and letters. When she tries to log in with the mail address it says that "username or password is incorrect". When she tries to restore the password via mail it says something along the lines with "you try to log in with your facebook information etc, if you want to change your facebook password go to the settings page on facebook". When I go there, Spotify isn't even there!

So, we have this account - "the number+letters account" - that is "stuck" -  can't log in, can't restore. So what should we do?

If the account has letters and numbers as username, it is because it was created with a Facebook account.
To log in with the username (the strings of numbers and letters), the user must create a Device Password!
Else log in with Facebook 🙂
