Can't update credit card

Can't update credit card

My credit card expired, so payment is failing. I want to update my credit card, but as soon I try to update, I can only select 2 mobile networks (Telkom & Vodacom) where it asks for my cellphone number (which is not on these 2 networks, but MTN, another South African network.

Where do I enter my new South African credit card detail?

Can you try updating your payment details following these steps using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't work, can you let me know if your country of residence matches the country the card is registered in?
