Can't use my premium even though I've been charged 3 days ago

Can't use my premium even though I've been charged 3 days ago

I was charged my monthly premium £12.99 on the 19th, I've been using it until yesterday.. Can't use it today. Attached is what I get when I open the app..

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

This notification shows up when your monthly payment doesn't go through. Since your subscription is set up via iTunes, you'll need to contact Apple for more information about this.

 

To get your account back up and running, you need to cancel your subscription. This'll remove the pause on your account.

 

You'll then be able to resubscribe directly with us, and get your Premium subscription as it was before.
