Cannot connect family to my account

Cannot connect family to my account

I have subscriped myself into a family account, but when I try to connect my family menbers to it I get this message '3 - Oeps! Er is iets fout gegaan. Probeer het opnieuw.'. What can I do with it?

Hey @maartenv,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Thanks for your reply, but it doesnt work out. I tried to delete the cookies, trough the incognito and through my mobile phone (LTE). Is there anything else I can try/do?

Hey again @maartenv

when you get the 3-... error, it means that you and other family members didn’t typed in the same address for the subscription.

When you don’t live at the same address, you can buy the single user premium here.

But that's exactly the problem I mentioned. We all live at the same address, but Spotify doesnt accept it by giving the following error: "3 - Oeps! Er is iets fout gegaan. Probeer het opnieuw.'.".

 

Please help!!
