Changed current Hulu subsciption

I had the no commercials Hulu plan and changed it to the limited commericals plan as directed but even after to returning to the spotify site and once again trying to link my account with Hulu, it says my account does not line up with the bundle requirements although my Hulu account clearly reflects the plan change

Do you have this same issue after clearing your browser's cache and cookies? What about with an incognito window?
