Changing Addresses before Subscribing to Family Membership

When you are about to set up a family membership for you and your family members, do we all need to have the same address on file on our accounts BEFORE setting it up or do we enter it after the invite gets sent out? If we need to change to the same address PRIOR to setting up premium family, how do we do so (on free accounts and if it's connected to our FB account)?
