Charged for premium and family sharing

Charged for premium and family sharing

I changed from premium to family sharing and have been charged for both in he same account.

Hey @Don1414!

 

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community.

 

Right now, subscribing to the Premium for Family plan using a previously Premium account should just replace the subscription, instead of charging you for both.

 

In this case, you might have a second account causing the double payments. But don't worry, just pop a message over to our folks via Facebook or Twitter. They'll help you out in a jiffy.
