Hey @aekawa, welcome to the community!
We hope yo don't mind us replying in English.
For the Premium for Family plan to work as intended, every user must have their own Spotify account linked to it. You can find all the info on how to manage your plan here.
If you've already followed all these steps and you're sure each family member is using their own account, the issue could be caused by a home streaming device, like using the same speaker another user was listening with previously without logging out of their account first.
Let us know how you get on.
Bonjour,
J'ai exactement le même problème et aucune aide possible ?!?
Hey there @Gonzospeed,

If you're having troubles when family members are trying to listen to music on their own device at the same time, we'd first recommend making sure you've followed the steps provided in this Spotify Answer.
Once each member has accepted the invitation to your plan successfully, we'd suggest asking them to follow the steps provided here to log out on each of their devices. Then, they can log in again using the correct login details for their own Spotify account.
On another note, you can find more information on how to set up your Premium for Family plan here.
Let us know how you get on! We'll be right here if you need more help.
Have a lovely day 🙂

Hey @NATHACHKA,

At the moment, it's not possible to switch the accounts in a Family plan to stream to a Google Home device.
