Duo plan payment issue

Duo plan payment issue

My girlfriend and I were using premium account.
We decided to use a duo after we got married.
We did the upgrade but my wife is getting a payment problem error while I can use the account but we make the payment automatically.
Please help about this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. Who is going to be the plan manager, you or her? Only the manager makes payments for the Duo plan. If she is the member but still gets errors, she can double check her receipts page for any old failed payments. There shouldn't be charged anymore, but perhaps the messages about them will take a while to go away. If everything on her account is in order and/or her old payments aren't visible at all, perhaps she has another account that still has an active subscription.
