FAMILY PLAN ISSUE PLEASE HELP

I recently switched to family plan with my wife.  We use spotify at the same time frequently, and often times my stream is paused because "it is being used in a different place."  

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @bbgreen30!

 

Sounds like you have your account on multiple devices. Maybe your wife is using your account. 

 

When migrating to family plan, everyone on the plan maintains their accout (diferent username and password) if she is using you same login, that might be it. 

 

Otherwise, please check you don't have the same account open on another device.
