Familiy Member Periodically Goes Off

Familiy Member Periodically Goes Off

Hello

I have familiy premium account and only my wife is in the plan as familiy member.

But she continioslly goes off from the plan after couple of days or weeks of usage and i have to resend the invitation again and again,  and everytime she looses all her playlists and start from beginning.Is there a solution to this.

Can you ask her to check her email inbox to see if she's gotten an email for verifying her physical address?

 

If so, ask her to verify it and join your plan again. She shouldn't have any trouble with the plan after she verifies her address.

The adress is always entered, but this is not helping also

Sounds like your wife might have multiple Spotify accounts set up with her information.

 

I suggest checking the information on this support page to check if there are other accounts with her information, as she could be logging in to the wrong account.

 

In case this is happening because she's unable to verify the physical address, you both should receive an email notification with more info on how to validate this info.
