Familiy Members Are Removed and Cannot be Added..

This is probably the last time I'm using Spotify and their **bleep** Premium Service.

Me , my wife! and my mom are living in the same house. I've invited them to familiy membership, and they were active for about a week, then Spotify sent me a mail indicating that the members cannot be authorized to use familiy membership. Now I've sent another invitation again but this time they cannot even accept the invite. 7

Now WHY THE **bleep** AM I SUPPOSED TO LIVE ON THE SAME PHYSICAL PLACE, first of all? - Which I  DO FCKING LIVE.  

There's even NO SUPPORT link to ask developers or Spotify team about this issue but only forums. What a professional service this is.

Thank you for your crappy service Spotify. There are plenty of other applications which we can use.
