Hello! 

I invited a family member to the family account and she did a mistake on her address but forgot to change it again - now spotify kicked her out of the family account and I tried to send her another invitation that she got but as she tries to reconnect,  sportify says it is not possible. Why? Is it because they kicked her out once? How can it be possible again?

Hey @PP_94Pauline,

when your Family Member didn't enter the right address details, he or she won't be able to change them, so they won't be able to join your Family plan.
