Family Members Gone After Re-Activating Premium for Family

Family Members Gone After Re-Activating Premium for Family

Our family has been using the Premium for Family subscription for about 4 months, no problem whatsoever, however we terminated our subscription due to the card we had it under expiring, this was a few days ago, and now when I went in to re-activate our subscription on my admin account, all of the family members were no longer on the subscription, and when I tried to invite a member, it said they could not join the subscription plan because they were already part of a family plan.

I'd just like some help with figuring out how to get the family members back into the subscription plan.
