I have the spotify family plan and it is not letting my boyfriend join it?? He lives with me but when he goes to confirm the address it says he cant join?

Has he been in other family Subscriptions in the past year? If yes, how many? Because there's a limit of 2 Premium For Family subscriptions joined per year. Or is he on a premium subscription already? He might need to cancel that, before being able to join your Family Subscription.
