I have had a family premium account for more than a year now. Recently I started having trouble on my iphone where I would lose sound. Since then there were instances where my brother was listening on his laptop and I kept getting the message on where I wanted to play what I was playing and I choose my iphone but still I couldn't hear anything playing on my iphone. Now I seem to have lost all my playlists. I tried signing off and signing back on but this didn't help. I listen on iphone and I have updated the app to the latest version.

 

Please help!
