Family member got new phone can't log in

Family member got new phone can't log in

My husband got a new phone and can't figure out how to get his account back.  I am the plan manager and can't figure it out either.  Is there a way to retrieve his information?  Or does he have to start all over again?  Thanks for your help

Welcome to the Community and thanks for the question.

 

Your husband can take a look at this page to see the different ways he could try to locate his account.

 

Currently, it's not possible for the owner of the Family plan to see the account details of the users in the plan, but the support page above should help.
