My Question or Issue

Hi, my wife just kicked out of the family subscription within the 7 days of notice period, though she tried to verify the address in the instant, however, the site was not reachable in the first two days after the receipt and when she tried today, her account was already terminated.

 

Could you kindly support allowing her back to the group or allow her to verify the address?

(It is rather a strict measure that Spotify sends only after one mail, 6 days and the account is terminated for a year. A bit unbalanced measure, without even a single reminder)
