Family member kicked and can't accept new invite even with the correct address.

Family member kicked and can't accept new invite even with the correct address.

After I updated my address some of.my family member didn't update their addresses on time and got kicked. Now they can't accept a new invite, how can I solve this issue?

Hey,

 

What's the error they're receiving when accept the invitation? They can also try to accept it through an incognito window.

 

Sometimes, the system needs to made a second verification. To do so, please reach Spotify Support by clicking in here.

 

Make sure to add your members email addresses on your message. Then, one advisor will kindly assist you to make the verification for you!

 

Please remember that all members must reside at the same physical address to apply for the Premium For Family subscription.
