My Question or Issue

 Hey,

 

A member of my family was removed as they did not verify their account in time as they were busy / traveling with work.

 

Tried to add them again but I couldn't. Can you help me add them back. Thanks.

Hey there @john_james_89,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

We'd first recommend sending them a new invite by following the steps below: 

  1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
  2. Click RESEND INVITE.
  3. If that doesn’t work, click CANCEL INVITE and re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-entering their details.

Once they've received the new invitation, we'd suggest asking them to try accepting the invite in an incognito or private window in their browser.

 

If that doesn't help, could you let us know if they're seeing an error message when trying to join your plan? If so, a screenshot would be helpful, just make sure it doesn't include any private/sensitive info.
