Family plan Addresses didn't match

Family plan Addresses didn't match

I have invited my brother to the family plan but when he attempts to accept he gets the following:

Your addresses didn’t match
Ask the person who invited you to double-check the address they entered. You’ll need to use that exact address to join Family

This has been tried on multiple devices, multiple browsers and in incongnito mode as requested but the error is always the same. I have even tried copying and pasting the address to ensure that it is the same. when speaking to support on the chat they just put the onus on us to just keep trying alternative machines and browsers which is not only not working, but is not acceptable as this is clear from searching the forum is not an isolated user incident.

Hey @Tazatkinson,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

We appreciate the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far. First, we'd recommend checking the address you've registered in your plan here, to double check if it matches. If it's the same address, we'd recommend updating your address (you can use the same one) to refresh the info of your plan.

If that doesn't do the trick, it could be an account related issue. In that case, we'd suggest contacting our Customer Support directly for further help.

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.

I am having the same issue. Can't find the exact same adress from Google options list and even though all the other roads are near by, none of them work... What am I paying for?
