Family plan payment failed now the family plan is cancelled and I can't reactivate it

Family plan payment failed now the family plan is cancelled and I can't reactivate it

I was the manager of a family plan with my wife and son attached to it.  I changed credit cards and didn't realise the account hadn't been paid until I logged in and it was suspended.  I have since reactivated my account and set up the new credit card but now my account is a Premium individual and it won't let me change back to a family plan.

 

How do I reinstate my family plan please?
